Swiftreach Emergency Notification System

In an effort to provide a more reliable means of communications of emergency information with residents and businesses in the Oyster Bay Water District, we have implemented the Swiftreach Emergency Notification System. Swiftreach Networks Inc. has been contracted as our emergency notification service provider.This system is to be used by the Water District or Office of Emergency Management to notify, via phone, e-mail, or text message, information regarding important information about your water supply or other important  messages. The Swiftreach Network Data has been provided by a third party data provider and only includes the phone numbers reistered at the addresses here in Oyster Bay. It is important for residents and business owners to provide additional contact information such as alternate landline, phone number, cell phone numbers, e- mail addresses, and text message receiving numbers. Accurate numbers in this data base will ensure emergency information will be passed on to everyone in a timely manner. This information will be kept by the water district and WILL NOT be provided to any outside agencies or companies. All submitted information wil be updated and managed by the Oyster Bay Water District and will be kept for emergency notification purposes only. Please take the time to submit your information now so we can notify you of emergencies effecting you or your property. It is contemplated that future use of the Swiftreach Network will be utilized by the local Fire District.
